• use the chat assistant to generate harmful, unlawful or abusive content; or
• copy or reuse our branding or site content except as these terms allow.

The sites' content, logos and branding belong to MacJediWizard or its licensors.

We publish free resources, including scripts, extension attributes, project code and Apple software update information. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Each script, extension attribute and project is released under the license stated with it (most use the MIT License). That license governs your use of the code. Review and test anything you download in a non-production environment before deploying it to managed devices; you are responsible for how you use it.

Apple software update information on our resource pages is compiled from public third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Confirm details against Apple's official release notes before acting on them.

Answers from the chat assistant are generated by artificial intelligence (a model provided by Anthropic). They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are general information only, not professional, legal, security or technical advice. Chat answers do not create a client relationship or commit us to any price, scope or result.

Please do not share passwords, secrets or sensitive personal information in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how chat messages are handled.

Consulting and managed services are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

The sites link to websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

The sites, free resources and chat assistant are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

The sites, free resources and chat assistant are provided free of charge. To the fullest extent the law allows, MacJediWizard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from your use of them, including any scripts you run on your devices.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the sites after that means you accept the updated terms.
